Elena Van Roey advises clients on domestic and cross-border tax matters, with a specific focus on the tax aspects of transactions in the broad sense, and in particular mergers & acquisitions, private equity investments and corporate restructurings.
She also intervenes in tax disputes, both at the administrative and judicial level.
Before joining Arteo, Elena gained experience within the tax department of an international business law firm, and as a senior tax consultant at an international audit and tax consultancy firm.
Elena holds a Master degree in law of KU Leuven (2016) and a specialized Master degree in taxation of the same university (2017).
